Review our list of common scams below to know what to look for. Keep in mind other scams exist, so if you ever have doubts, contact support and we will verify if the website or email is a scam.
Fraudsters create fake emails asking for personal information.
DO NOT trust emails from unknown senders. We will only email you from @brightwell.com
Fraudsters create a sense of worry or urgency in their emails and often offer bonuses or prizes in their emails.
They often use fake email addresses. For example, they might use: brightwell@xyz.com
Always check the sender of the email. And beware, websites within fake emails are NOT safe. Never click on the links!
Emails that include requests for personal information are more likely to contain links that lead to fake look-alike websites.
NEVER click on a link from an unknown sender. It only takes a few extra seconds to open a new tab in your browser, manually type in www.brightwellnavigator.com, and log in to your account.
